World Cow Day is a celebration for a day and a movement for a lifetime! It is a global observance highlighting the invaluable role I have played in human civilization and my immense contribution towards sustainable development. I have been an integral part of cultures and communities across the world for millennia and believe me, today the world needs me more than before. My celebration unites nations, organizations, communities and individuals to ensure my welfare, my contribution in your daily lives and my need in successfully addressing the concerns in achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

While I appreciate each one of your individual efforts in caring for my welfare, I also appreciate all those who have participated in my earlier celebrations, and I cordially invite every one of you this year as well to come and participate in my celebration. My celebration of World Cow Day can not only create awareness to the world about the need to stop cruelty against me, the importance of caring for me and my significance towards sustainable development but will also give the world an opportunity to come and directly experience the love and care I can offer to the world!
